    Here's The Deal

    In light of recent events, I've got something I want to say.
     
    I've known Fred Bieling for quite some time now. Although he is openly opposed to the war in Iraq, I have NEVER known him to denounce or berate our brothers and sisters in arms. If anything, he has shown himself to be more concerned with thier safety and well being than many of our politicians.
     
    For whatever it's worth, I don't believe he's posting under the name Peter SF.
     
    I only called PSF "Fred" to deny his identity because he is too chickenshit to leave a URL to his own place. In my opinion, he is faceless, nameless, and ignorant... just like anyone else who so-willingly jumps to conclusions based upon everything they read.

    As far as "being a real American means speaking out"... sure, we all have that right, but all this leftist anti-Bush stuff goes straight into Osama's playbook. Have you noticed that terrorist rhetoric sounds just like the American liberals? We lost the Vietnam war because of people "speaking out" and turning the US against itself. I don't always agree with my husband, but I'm not going to smear his name in front of others.
     
    They hated us in the Middle East ANYWAY. They've been plotting to kill more Americans and other infidels ANYWAY. I prefer that we show our strength to the world.

Cutting corners on our military soldiers while they overcharge for fucking fuel IN A WAR over oil. Maybe the irony is too much for ya'll.
     
    1. Invading Iraq- Started a war- Something America should never be a part of. And if one of you idiots say the magic 9-11 date, you are a fucking dumbass. THAT is Saudi Arabia, Not Iraq. Invading Iraq HELPED Saudi Arabia make more money.
     
    2. Invading Iraq- Increased Terror and Anti-American Sentiment 1000% in the Middle East. Uh, that ain't the way to PREVENT Terror, now is it?
     
    3. Invading Iraq- Before we finished up in Afghanistan- Is A Military mistake of the first order. Twice as many Americans died in Afghanistan in 2005 than in 2006. How many will die in 2006?
     
    4. Now they talk about Iran. God these guys never learn-= OR ELSE THEY JUST DON"T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT OUR TROOPS! They don't give a good goddamn How many soldiers die while they play "Radical PNAC Policy" with the middle east.
     
    You people really need to quit with the Knee Jerk "patriotboy" crap and Pay fucking attention to the bigger picture. BEING A REAL AMERICAN MEANS SPEAKING OUT. Say what's on your mind- but dont denigrate someone else's right to speak what they believe is the TRUTH. Cause thats when the fascists get scared. They don't like all that freedom of speech. They want to throw around terms like treason and traitor. Don't wipe your asses with the Constitution. Read the fucking thing. And then apply the greatest piece of legislature ever to be written to our Fellow Countrymen.
     
    And quit protecting scumbags like Rumsfeld, who are doing More to hurt our country than 100,000 Fred Bielings, speaking truth to the powermad.

    My claims can be verified. The things Caveman said in the last thread are consistent with his past remarks on my site (which I can verify easily) and his own. All you have to do is use google cache and you can view screen shot of some of the repugnant things Caveman has written about me. I do not wish to sue; I only wish the slandering to stop.

     

    ”You have no right under the UCMJ to say or write the things you do…” I’m sorry Devil Moma, but I have every right to write virtually anything I feel as long as it does not upset the good order and discipline of my unit, nor advocate overthrow of the Government, or compromise OPSEC. I am no traitor; I have not given aid or comfort to the enemy. So, no offense, you’re not as smart as you think in these matters. I’ve talked to people in the public affairs office for New York State and I am not in the least bit worried.

     

    The last thing anyone who cares about their country should do is move along and keep their mouth shut.

     

    Have a nice Memorial Day Devil Moma, thank your vet for their service for me.

    I don't give a shit what kind of Active Duty you have done. You have no right under the UCMJ to say or write the things you do and if I wanted to be a complete and total dick since you are government property I could literally sic JAG on you. See Freddy you never know who you are dealing with in spaces. You don't know where they come from or who they are aquainted with. I suggest next time before you so careless throw the word sue around to check yourself first. In the process of you going after someone who called you a traitor you would be held accountable under the UCMJ actually for being a traitor. YOU do not have the first ammendment right because you SIGNED on the dotted line. You have NO right what so ever to voice your far left beliefs. The only RIGHT you have is to say NO COMMENT or you think the President is doing a great job.  So guess what Freddy under the UCMJ, which is the law that governs you, you are considered a traitor and punishable by court-martial. And if found guilty would be literally shot or hung. Oh yes Freddy the government still practices those forms of punishment.
     
    Now would you care to ask me why I am so smart in these matters?
     
    In any event you dumb fuck I suggest you move along and keep your mouth shut. In all your great wisdom you still turned out to be an idiot. I suggest you consider your actions before you spout off again. You never know when somebody could turn you in for your blog.  Don't believe me why don't you ask JAG what they think and see if you have the right to spout off you absurdities.     Thank you for clarifing exactly what the individual responsible for this chain of events has done, making untrue statements aimed at intentionally harming my reputation. As you may, or may not, know I'm currently serving on State Active Duty with the New York State National Guard on a Task Force charge with securing various infrastructure around the region. I served on Acitve duty with the Army for over 6 years. These repeated smears of my reputation don't do anything to help me complete my mission in conjuction with the Department of Homeland security.
     
    I understand you may not agree with my perspective in this great debate our President has called for, and that's fine, as long as a diologue can be had. That debate can not occure when a certian party continually uses ad hominem attacks.

    what i did, was speak with fred, and ask him wtf is going on... he said his remark wasn't aimed at me... but at certain others who regularly accuse him of being a traitor. 
     
    fred can be a real pain in the ass with his liberal slants and michael moore rants, but he and i have had more than one discussion on patriotism and military matters, and i've never known him to be a traitor to his country or his brothers in arms. so, i can't say i blame him... although personaly, i never cry "sue". i figure that's just fred.
     
    as for me, i'm not frightened of "the law" or fred. like i said, all i did was state a curiosity. so, if anybody wants a piece of me - they can bring it on. we can throw the laws around or sling a fist or two... makes no difference to me.
     
    thanks for sticking up for me though! i've always loved women with fire...

    To speculate is in no way shape or form slander. I suggest to you Fred is full of hot air and would not waste money trying to get you when you have nothing. He would spend far more trying to "get you"  than he would ever get out of you if he could even prove you intentionally "slandered" him. I would never apologize to his dumb ass. 
     
    I am telling you slander is the hardest thing of civil law to prove. And just because you made a remark to a comment you recieved does not constitute slander.  Oh Poor Freddy seems to have forgotten all about the First Ammendmant. DUMB ASS!!!! The only it doesn't apply is when you say you are going to kill somebody or hurt them. I certainly did not see any such threats here. Not from any of us regs.
