30 May Hear Ye! Hear Ye!Welcome back, folks...
I know some of you are just itching to hear my conclusion, so you can say,"I was right! You were wrong!". Others, no doubt, will totally disagree with my decision, and I reckon that's thier right to do so.
Without further ado...
Hear me out:
A man cannot serve two masters.
The Armed Forces are in the business of war and conflict. Fred has taken an oath to support whatever endeavors the 'powers that be' see fit... even if that means giving his very own life. He doesn't have to like it, but he has to do it... or face the consequences.
So, by standing against his sworn allegiance, he has proven himself a hypocrite, and therefore, I believe he must make a public choice before his peers.
Herman Bieling, this court finds you Guilty of Betrayal... not necessarily betrayal of your Country, ...but of your Oath, and the Countless Patriots who have given thier lives to defend the rights and benefits you so eagerly observe.
One of your defenders has quoted a DOD Directive that allows members of the Armed Forces to attend rallies... but that Directive also specifies that you can only attend as a spectator, when not in uniform.
Your very own photographs show you wearing Military Issue headgear, carrying placards, and obviously participating in rallies against your Commander In Chief and your Military's Actions.I find this act to be an irreconcilable breach of confidence.
Therefore, you are hereby sentenced to Choose.
You can either be a Soldier of the United States Military, or you can be a placard-carrying slogan-shouting Protester.
One or the other, Fred.
You can't be both.
God bless this great Nation and those who diligently serve it's affairs at home and abroad.
This Court is adjourned.
